The company is describing them selves as a corporate operation, there will be reports to be done, meeting to attend, as well as typical farming responsibilities, getting decisions can be a slow process. Also will need strong computer and technology skills. The company would also be interested in a candidate that is a Accredited Farm Manager or willing to get accredited by the ASFMRA.
